All in-stock or pre-order items require full payment before collection.

If a product has defects or missing parts, please contact the publisher or distributor. Our company will not accept returns or exchanges for such products.

Payment methods: Cash (store only), PayMe, FPS, AlipayHK, PayPal (5%)

Collection methods: Store pickup or SF Express cash on delivery (please notify in advance if packing is required for shipping; packing fees are borne by the buyer).

Store address: Room 11D, 6/F, Block A, Kai Luen Industrial Centre, 55 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong (12:00~20:00). Please check our IG for irregular closures.

The estimated arrival date for all pre-ordered items may be earlier or later due to various reasons from the manufacturer. Please refer to official details for shipping dates.

All pre-ordered items are expected to arrive approximately two to three weeks after official/distributor shipment.

Orders cannot be cancelled/changed/refunded after confirmation (refunds will be issued in case of out-of-stock items, cancellation of sale, or order cuts)

If there is insufficient stock, items will be dispatched according to the order in which they were placed.

SF Express cash on delivery orders will be arranged for shipment within 2-3 working days after order confirmation.

If you choose SF Express cash on delivery, the buyer bears the risk.

Store pickup orders cannot be collected on the same day. Collection notifications will be sent via WhatsApp within 1-3 working days. The collection period is 7 days from the date of the message. Orders not collected within this period will be cancelled immediately, and all payments will not be refunded.
