All in-stock or pre-ordered items require full payment before pickup. Verbal or message-based reservations will not be accepted.

If an item has defects or missing parts, please contact the publisher or agent. The company will not accept returns or exchanges.

The estimated arrival dates for all pre-ordered items may be subject to early or delayed arrival due to various reasons from the manufacturer. Please refer to official details for shipping dates.

All pre-ordered items are expected to arrive approximately two to three weeks after official/agent dispatch.

Orders cannot be cancelled/changed/refunded after confirmation (Refunds will be processed in case of out of stock, cancellation of sale, or order cuts)

If there is insufficient stock, items will be distributed according to the order in which they were placed.

S.F. Express pay-on-delivery orders will be arranged for shipment within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.

If S.F. Express pay on delivery is chosen, the buyer assumes all risks.

Store pickup orders cannot be picked up on the same day. A pickup notification will be sent via WhatsApp within 1-3 business days. The pickup deadline is 7 days from the date of the message. Orders not picked up after this period will be immediately cancelled, and all payments will not be refunded.

Upon confirmation of any order, it will be deemed that the company's terms and conditions have been agreed upon. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
