Terms and Conditions
- The estimated arrival dates for all pre-order items may be subject to early or delayed arrival due to various reasons from the manufacturer. Please refer to official details for shipping dates.
- All pre-order items require upfront payment.
- If the product is defective or has missing parts, please contact the publisher or agent. The company will not accept product returns or exchanges.
- For website orders, you can choose SF Express pay on delivery or store pickup. Please clearly select your pickup method before checkout and ensure that you have provided the correct address and a valid WhatsApp contact number.
- Orders cannot be canceled/changed/refunded after product confirmation (refunds will be issued in case of stock shortage, cancellation of sale, or order cut-off).
- If there is insufficient stock, orders will be dispatched according to the order in which they were placed.
- SF Express pay-on-delivery orders will be arranged for dispatch within 2-3 working days after order confirmation.
- If SF Express pay on delivery is chosen, the buyer assumes all risks.
- Store pickup orders cannot be picked up on the same day. Pickup notifications will be sent to customers via WhatsApp within 2-4 working days. The pickup period is 7 days from the date the message is sent. Orders not picked up within this period will be immediately canceled, and all payments will not be refunded.
- All orders, once confirmed, will be deemed as agreement to the company's terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
